Lutyens Crypt - Roman Catholic Metropolitan Cathedral - Liverpool

The crypt is the only part of the cathedral that remains of the uncomplete cathedral designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1930. It's dark brickwork and granite floors would have acted as the blueprint for the rest of the cathedral but construction was halted due to the Second World War.
The crypt is used annually to host a real ale festival - definitely worth a vist!
